Why is the change fee $250 for foreign entities?

Pennsylvania sets different fee structures for domestic and foreign entities. The $250 foreign entity change fee is a state-imposed charge, not something we control. It applies to any agent change for out-of-state businesses registered in PA.

When is the annual report due?

September 30 each year. The filing fee is $7. Pennsylvania is providing a grace period through 2026 — no business will be dissolved for missing the report during this transition period.

We allow up to 3 general mail items per year as a courtesy, but this is not a mailbox service. Packages, Google Maps postcards, Amazon verification letters, and third-party verification mail are not accepted.
